What is a Visitor Record?
A Visitor Record is an application used to prolong your stay as a visitor in Canada. It is required if you are approaching the 6-month limit, or if you already know upon entry that you want to stay longer than 6 months. This is a separate document that is not placed in your passport. The minimum processing time is 204 days.
