WHAT DRIVES US
AHI Core Values and Guiding Principles
that we share with our collaborators
1. Commitment to Doing What’s Right
Every RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) who works with Align Horizons Inc. (AHI) follows the rules set by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC). Every Life Coach working with AHI follows the standards set by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
All RCICs and Life Coaches must:
-
Avoid selling services clients don’t need.
-
Never lie, mislead, or act unethically.
-
Help protect Canada’s immigration system by being honest and carefuL
2. Passion Over Profit
At AHI, helping people comes first before money. Whether full-time or part-time, RCICs and Life Coaches must:
-
Give honest help to clients who are truly eligible and ready.
-
Always think about what’s best for the client.
-
Show real care through ethical immigration and settlement services.
3. Collaborate as a Team
AHI builds a strong network of trusted RCICs who support one another. This teamwork ensures that:
-
RCICs can ask for advice from more experienced consultants on tough cases.
-
Clients still get help even if their RCIC is away or on leave.
-
Everyone works in a professional, reliable, and supportive environment.
4. Integrity in Every Step
RCICs act as trusted screeners to make sure only qualified clients move forward with a retainer agreement. Each RCIC must:
-
Check if the client qualifies for the immigration program of their choice.
-
Recommend life coaching for clients who need help clarifying their goals.
-
Prepare honest, accurate, and complete applications.
-
Organize submissions for easier IRCC reviews leading to faster, fairer decisions.
5. Build Lives in Canada
-
AHI’s mission goes beyond applications. Together with RCICs and Life Coaches, AHI helps shape meaningful lives in Canada by:
-
Grooming clients to make a real contribution to Canada.
-
Supporting immigrants to settle and grow in their chosen communities.
-
Keeping a healthy, steady flow of immigrants that aligns with Canada’s target goals.
