Consultation Fees

Consultation fees are charged for professional immigration advice and assessment of individual cases.

 

Consultation services may include:

• eligibility assessment

• immigration strategy discussion

• review of immigration options

• general guidance on application procedures.

 

Payment Terms

Consultation fees must be paid in advance at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

 

Refund Policy

Consultation fees are generally non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.

Refunds may be considered if:

• the consultation is cancelled with adequate notice, or

• technical issues prevent the consultation from taking place.

Refund decisions are made at the discretion of Align Horizons Immigration.

 

Service Agreements

If a client chooses to retain Align Horizons Immigration for immigration representation, a separate written service agreement will be provided outlining:

• services to be performed

• professional fees

• payment schedules

• refund terms.
