Paul Tolentino is a business advisor and educator with deep expertise in entrepreneurship development and strategic marketing for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
He is the founder and principal consultant of the Beatus Group of Companies, where he leads initiatives across business coaching, entrepreneurship training, and the distribution of innovative products in the construction and food sectors. His approach combines academic insight with practical strategy to help businesses scale sustainably.
Paulino holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a Master in Entrepreneurship from the Asian Institute of Management. He brings a strong command of frameworks such as VMOKRAPI-SPATRES and OKRs, applying them to guide startups and established businesses through growth and transformation.
He serves as a mentor under the Kapatid Mentor Me Program, a joint initiative of Go Negosyo and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), and actively contributes to entrepreneurship education at the Philippine Christian University. His work also extends to online learning platforms like Akadasia and advocacy-driven organizations, including PVAID and the Beatus Philippines Foundation.
