Mike Cardenas is a business advisor and industry leader with over four decades of experience across telecommunications, information technology, and business process outsourcing (BPO) in Southeast Asia.

He is the co-founder of WeBrij Services, a firm focused on recruitment and talent placement, and serves as International Partner at UPITE Consulting, where he supports clients in optimizing revenue streams. Mike is also a founding executive of several ventures under Headway Holdings, which span mobile technology, systems integration, and service outsourcing.

Earlier in his career, Mike served as Executive Vice President and COO of DTSI, where he drove transformational change and doubled revenues by mirroring operations with global standards. He also led the Philippine arm of Collection House International BPO, the offshore subsidiary of Australia’s publicly listed Collection House Ltd.

Mike began his professional journey at IBM, where he held senior marketing, operations, and partnership roles across regional and national markets. As Vice President of ALLTEL Financial Services Asia Pacific, he played a key role in deploying core banking platforms across ASEAN, helping establish strategic IT partnerships and regional expansion for global financial firms.

A graduate of De La Salle University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mike remains active in civic and academic leadership. He serves as an adviser to the university’s College of Engineering and contributes to organizations including the Rotary Club and Philippine Band of Mercy.

Mike’s career reflects a consistent focus on scaling businesses, forging cross-border partnerships, and delivering operational excellence across complex, high-growth industries.
