Sigrid Perez has a background in Humanities and further studies in Family Life and Child Development. She worked in early childhood education as a teacher and academic leader before expanding into advocacy work supporting families facing serious illness.
She is a certified Family Mentor and a strong advocate for the role of play in child development. A mother of eight who has homeschooled five of her children, Sigrid brings a practical, experience-based approach to supporting families.

Sigrid believes that every person and family holds a unique story shaped by both challenges and purpose. Her coaching focuses on helping clients gain clarity, strengthen relationships, and move forward with intention.
