Mohsen Zabihi is a results-driven Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant with RCIC-IRB authorization and over seven years of experience supporting clients across a wide range of temporary and permanent immigration pathways. He is known for his strategic thinking, high-quality legal drafting, and exceptional client care.
Mohsen has extensive experience handling complex files, including LMIA, Express Entry (FSW, CEC, FSTP), Provincial Nominee Programs, Study and Work Permits, PGWP, TRVs, Family Sponsorships, and Humanitarian & Compassionate applications. He approaches each case with empathy and precision, ensuring that clients receive tailored, accurate, and compliant guidance throughout their immigration journey.
PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
Mohsen most recently served as an RCIC with TA Canada Immigration, where he led full-cycle case preparation, conducted policy and case law research, drafted strong submission letters, and managed client relationships across more than 20 countries. His leadership included supervising administrative support staff, maintaining compliance protocols, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Prior to becoming an RCIC, Mohsen worked as an Immigration Assistant at Globex International, supporting consultants with document preparation, client communication, and application tracking. He also gained valuable operational experience as an Operations Manager with RiptideTek, strengthening his ability to manage workflows, optimize processes, and enhance client service quality.
