Francois Senneville is a Canadian lawyer with nearly two decades of legal and immigration experience, assisting clients across Asia and Canada with skilled worker, business immigration, investor, work permit, and study permit applications. Since 2006, he has practiced law in Quebec and internationally, offering representation, case preparation, interviews, appeals, business plans, and legal strategy for complex immigration cases.

Francois is recognized for his extensive experience in preparing investor immigration files, conducting applicant briefings, representing clients during interviews with Canadian immigration officials, and collaborating closely with consultants and business partners to strengthen application outcomes. His legal background also includes work in business law, litigation, administrative law, workers’ compensation, leasing, and due diligence.

Francois has operated his own immigration law practice since 2019, serving clients in Canada and Vietnam through Immibec Ltd. He previously held positions in Singapore, China, Thailand, Istanbul, and Montreal, specializing in immigration to Canada for businesspeople, investors, and skilled workers. His international experience allows him to provide culturally sensitive, strategic, and globally informed legal guidance.

His earlier work includes years of private practice in Quebec, where he handled hundreds of files ranging from commercial and penal matters to family, labor, and real estate disputes. He also brings experience in workers' compensation litigation, legal drafting, due diligence, and contract negotiation.
